An unforgettable off-road adventure across Morocco, starting from the Mediterranean city of Nador and venturing deep into the country’s untamed landscapes. The journey begins with rugged tracks leading toward *Guercif, opening the path to vast plains and remote highlands. From there, the route crosses the isolated **Rekkam Plateau, passing through *Hassi Hmar and *Jrabaa, where endless horizons and rocky trails test both endurance and navigation. Continuing south, the trail winds through *Errachidia and the wild off-road tracks of *Boudnib, skirting close to the *Algerian border before reaching the mesmerizing dunes of Merzouga and the iconic Erg Chebbi.
The adventure pushes onward through Ouzina and the hidden desert valleys leading to *Sidi Ali Tafraouet, where sand and stone merge in a breathtaking panorama.

Following the path of ancient caravans, the route traces the **Draa Valley, through *Zguilma and *Tagounite, until arriving at **M’Hamid El Ghizlane, the last village before the vast Sahara. From here, the expedition dives into the legendary dunes of **Erg Chigaga, crossing the mystical *Lac Sacré and the dry expanse of *Lac Iriki, following the historic *Rallye Dakar tracks across the great southern desert. The adventure concludes in *Tissint, a quiet oasis surrounded by dramatic canyons, before the return journey through either the *High Atlas or Middle Atlas Mountains, closing a remarkable traverse of Morocco’s most breathtaking and remote terrains.

Begin among the cedar trees of the Azrou Forest in the Middle Atlas, where cool mountain air and twisting trails mark the start of your adventure. Continue south through the remote landscapes of Enzala and *Almou Abouri, crossing high plateaus and rocky ridges before reaching *Errachidia, gateway to the Sahara.
The route then turns toward the *Algerian border, following old desert pistes through *Boudnib and into the stunning dunes of *Merzouga, home to the famous **Erg Chebbi. From here, drive deeper into the Sahara via **Ouzina, **Ramlia, and the **Guir River, reaching the isolated outpost of *Sidi Ali Tafraouet.

The adventure continues through Zguilma and Tagounit to *Mhamid El Ghazlan, the last village before the desert, and then across the majestic **Erg Chegaga dunes, visiting *Lac Sacré and the vast Lac Iriki salt flat before arriving in Foum Zguid.

By the time you reach Boulaajoul. Leaving the forests behind, the route drops south through Enzala and *Almou Abouri, where the land opens into rocky high plains and dry wadis. The approach to *Errachidia offers sweeping views of the Ziz Valley, a green ribbon winding through the ochre desert — your gateway to the Sahara,the tracks run close to the **Algerian border, cutting through the remote settlement of *Boudnib and crossing vast hammadas of black stone. The horizon seems endless until the Erg Chebbi dunes rise out of the desert —

The following stage from Merzouga to Sidi Ali Tafraouet is a true Sahara crossing. You follow legendary rally pistes through Ouzina and *Ramlia, testing both driver and machine on sand, stone, and dried riverbeds. The *Guir River region provides challenging navigation and breathtaking isolation — From *Sidi Ali Tafraouet, the track swings north again, climbing toward the **Anti-Atlas. You’ll pass **Alnif, known for its fossils and lunar landscapes, before tackling the spectacular **Todra Gorge, where vertical cliffs close in around you. The day ends in the winding roads and red cliffs of *Dades Gorge, one of Morocco’s most iconic off-road destinations.Your final off-road stage takes you through the *Boutaghrar Valley, a route famed for its rugged beauty and traditional Berber villages. The trail eventually leads to *Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Desert,” marking the end of the off-road journey.
